Tyler + Kara's Stunning Wedding At The Lageret // The Lageret, Stoughton, WI

I admit I am a tad behind on blogging, after seeing this post I think you will agree I wasn't avoiding it due to lack of gorgeous things to post. I just finished a 20 wedding season on Oct 10th and although I am working behind the scenes and feel nearly caught up, I haven't been posting much so I can focus on non-photography related things, like life!  I think Tyler and Kara's gorgeous wedding will always be a favorite of mine. I got a call from Kara on the Monday before the wedding explaining a last minute venue change, this would normally scare me depending on what the change was but I am lucky enough to have my second wedding at the newly opened The Lageret in Stoughton, WI.  This place is a stunner and Kara and Tyler put a new twist on it having their dinner downstairs with farmhouse tables and probably one of my favorite ever table decor design. I felt like I was shooting a style shoot! Erica + Steven's Charming Wedding at The Waterfront // Cargill Room Lacrosse, WI

I know this is a bit delayed, twenty weddings has been my biggest year and this fall proved that! It's been a busy month around here.  Busy in a very very good way! Erica and Steven's Lacrosse wedding was one of my favorites. This day stole my heart. The weather, the couple, the ceremony, the locations, the ease of it all. It was perfect. I watched people in the park and by the water as we shot and it was like out of a movie, everyone enjoying the day, enjoying life! I'm thrilled that I had three Lacrosse weddings this year, so close to home and yet still so different and amazing. I'm hoping for more weddings closer to home! Especially if they are like this one.  I think you will see why it's a favorite.  Enjoy! 

Jess & Michael's Delightful Enchanted Barn Wedding // The Enchanted Barn, Hillsdale, WI

Wedding after Wedding, I continue to be wowed this year.  Every couple, every dress, every suit, every detail, every wedding party, every family, every first dance has been nothing less than magical for me this year. 2015 will be unmatched. I was worried I took on too much work this year but find myself excited for the next wedding and the next and the next. I smile through editing the photos and putting the gorgeous blog posts together gives me all the warm fuzzies. Jess & Michael's wedding was every bit as fabulous and every other wedding this year. It's almost a theme of 2015, AMAZING COUPLES.  Sweet, genuine, heartfelt, Thankful couples who make me feel absolutely blessed to even be in their presence. Jess and Michael are so in love, are world travelers, are sweet, are funny, are adventurous, are happy.  They sent me a sweet Thank You long before I even posted a preview. To them, it was about their love and marriage that day. Pretty photos was just a bonus. I think they made some very pretty photos. Enjoy the preview!
