Hannah and Adam got married on the prettiest day in October. Hannah was referred to me from a past bride Rachel and if your a photographer, you know what a big deal that is! I LOVE word of mouth referrals! I met with Hannah and loved her instantly, she is so calm and warm and sweet and when I met Adam I could tell he was her perfect fit! This was a gorgeous wedding! I am obsessed with Hannah's flowers and bridesmaids dresses and all her little touches. This day and couple are sweeter than the donuts at the donut truck they brought in for dessert! Enjoy!
I admit I am a tad behind on blogging, after seeing this post I think you will agree I wasn't avoiding it due to lack of gorgeous things to post. I just finished a 20 wedding season on Oct 10th and although I am working behind the scenes and feel nearly caught up, I haven't been posting much so I can focus on non-photography related things, like life! I think Tyler and Kara's gorgeous wedding will always be a favorite of mine. I got a call from Kara on the Monday before the wedding explaining a last minute venue change, this would normally scare me depending on what the change was but I am lucky enough to have my second wedding at the newly opened The Lageret in Stoughton, WI. This place is a stunner and Kara and Tyler put a new twist on it having their dinner downstairs with farmhouse tables and probably one of my favorite ever table decor design. I felt like I was shooting a style shoot! So yes, heavy on the images for this one friends, I had lots of inspiration and the most wonderful, kind and thankful couple I could ever ask for. Please take your time scrolling through this stunning preview and leave a comment for this amazing bride and groom!
I know this is a bit delayed, twenty weddings has been my biggest year and this fall proved that! It's been a busy month around here. Busy in a very very good way! Erica and Steven's Lacrosse wedding was one of my favorites. This day stole my heart. The weather, the couple, the ceremony, the locations, the ease of it all. It was perfect. I watched people in the park and by the water as we shot and it was like out of a movie, everyone enjoying the day, enjoying life! I'm thrilled that I had three Lacrosse weddings this year, so close to home and yet still so different and amazing. I'm hoping for more weddings closer to home! Especially if they are like this one. I think you will see why it's a favorite. Enjoy!
